Use your favourite file manager/directory browser to browse
  through the more than 500 extra DOOM levels. To start DOOM
  with a specific level, use the command: DOOM -FILE <filename>
  Where <filename> is the name of the level you want to play.

  The levels are located in separate subdirectories from 
  the directory \DOOM\LEVELS
